Membership Policy
Auto-Renewing Memberships
Memberships are automatically renewed each month unless suspended or cancelled, as described when Members initially purchase their membership. Please read the terms of membership at the time of purchase.
Cancellation Terms
Membership cancellation can be done at any time, either on our website or in-studio, for any reason (moving, life event, etc.). Please note that Members will be required to pay for the remainder of the month in which they cancel.
Additional Terms:
1. Membership commences on the date of sign up and amount will be charged on that date of the month, each month, unless account is suspended or cancelled.
2. All memberships paid monthly are non-refundable in part or full after auto-draft has gone through under any circumstances. Memberships paid upfront are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Member is responsible for providing and maintaining current and accurate billing information for the monthly auto-withdrawal in the form of a credit card.
4. Walli’s Wellness Studio is in no way, under any circumstances, responsible or obligated to pay for member’s insufficient fund penalties, returned checks, and/or over the limit fees. A $30 fee will be charged for all insufficient funds and returned checks.
5. Freeze Policy: Members may put membership on hold for up to two billing cycles once every twelve months. This option will only be enacted when requested in-studio.
6. In the event of a cancellation, change or hold of membership, Walli’s Wellness Studio is in no way, under any circumstances, responsible for Member’s negligence in checking their own bank or credit card statements. Member is responsible for ensuring the cancellation, change or hold has been reflected on their banking statements. Member agrees to follow up with Walli’s Wellness Studio in the event of any issues. If Walli’s Wellness Studio determines that it did not properly reflect a cancellation, change or hold of membership, only then will Walli’s Wellness Studio reimburse any funds rightfully owed to member. If Member cannot produce an accurate date and description of the changes they requested, then Walli’s Wellness Studio is under no obligation to refund charges to Member’s account.
7. Membership prices are subject to change. Members will be notified via email of any price increase to their memberships one month or more prior to the change with the opportunity to submit a 30-day written cancellation or change notice.
8. Class schedules are subject to change without notice. Please check the Walli’s Wellness Studio website or social media for changes, additions, and/or cancellations. No refunds are given for inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances that cause the studio to close.
9. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Membership Expectations
In consideration of and as an inducement to becoming a Member of Wallis Wellness Studio, LLC (“Walli’s Wellness”), I represent, warrant and covenant to the following:
I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any physical activity.
I have been examined by a licensed physician within the past six months and have been found by such physician to be in good health and have medical approval, if specific medical problems require such approval, to fully practice yoga.
I will faithfully follow all instructions given to me by Walli’s Wellness authorized instructors as to when and how to practice yoga. I understand the practice of yoga may expose me to risk of personal injury, disease, or death and I knowingly and willingly assume such risk.
If I am pregnant, I will not practice yoga at Walli’s Wellness until I have discussed the potential risks to me or my unborn child/fetus with my obstetrician. I agree that I will follow my obstetrician’s recommendations and hold harmless Walli’s Wellness for any possible injury to myself or my unborn child/fetus.
If I am under 18 years of age, I will disclose my age to Walli’s Wellness and will obtain the signature of my parent or legal guardian (“Guardian”) on any liability waiver and/or release forms required by Walli’s Wellness.
In the future, if medical problems arise or my health changes, I agree to be examined by a licensed physician and get written approval to fully practice yoga during my enrollment at Walli’s Wellness. I will also notify Walli’s Wellness of any health changes.
I understand and agree that Walli’s Wellness’s authorized instructors may provide hands-on assisting in classes to encourage more length, depth, alignment correction, and connection in postures during the practice of yoga. Should I prefer not to be physically assisted by an authorized Walli’s Wellness instructor during the practice of yoga, I will notify a Walli’s Wellness instructor prior to my participation.
