Power Vinyasa
In Power Vinyasa, you'll move through sequences that build heat, strength, and flexibility, all while cultivating a meditative rhythm. It's a journey of continuous motion, linking physical postures (asanas) with the ebb and flow of your breath (pranayama).
We offer Power Vinyasa I and Power Vinyasa II, which are designed for students of varying yoga experience. On our schedule, you will also see Mindful Power Vinyasa: this is a blend of both Power Vinyasa Yoga and guided meditation.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga utilizes relaxing, fully supported asanas held for extended periods of time to help improve one's mobility, flexibility, and mindfulness. Designed to be foundational for one's yoga practice, this class encourages students to slow down, breathe, and find a meditative state while holding postures. Embrace the physical and mental stretch with Restorative Yoga!

Lexi’s Nutrition Tips
1. Focus on adding, not subtracting. Instead of focusing on what you “can’t” have, focus on what you can add.
2. Listen to your body. Eat when you’re hungry, stop when you’re satisfied. Look at cravings with curiosity, not judgement.
3. Seek balance, not perfection. You can’t win or lose at mindful eating. Don’t let one choice derail your entire journey.
4. Drink lots of water. Dehydration is often mistaken for hunger. Keep water accessible and ensure you’re hydrating throughout the day.
